All e-mails sent via DocCheck® Mail are in Multipart MIME format (HTML and text). If you are using an e-mail program that supports HTML mails, you will receive a designed message. With some programs you can only receive the plain text version. The procedure is simple: Open the e-mail, read the content, and click on the link at the lower end of the mail.
