DocCheck® Mail is an e-mail information service for medical professionals. Physicians and pharmacists, for example, can receive information from pharmaceutical companies via DocCheck® Mail. A DocCheck password is an essential prerequisite to participate in DocCheck® Mail.

The subject of the e-mail starts with "DocCheck® Mail:". At the lower end of the e-mail you will find a picture of the little DocCheck physician or a link to acknowledge the receipt of the e-mail.

Each e-mail contains a picture of the little DocCheck physician and a link at the lower end. By clicking on the link you acknowledge the receipt of the e-mail and we automatically transfer 0.15 Euro to your customer account. From there the acquired money is send to your private bank account once every quarter of the year.

Upon receiving a DocCheck® Mail you can click on the integrated link within the three following months to get your costs refunded. After this time the link becomes invalid and refunding is not possible anymore.

DocCheck® Mail is still a very new service, especially outside of Germany. Therefore you will not receive many e-mails in the beginning. With increasing interest by the providers, the number might increase later on. But don't worry: if it gets too much, you can always cancel the service easily.

No. The personal data and the e-mail address of the participants will not be transferred to the companies. The e-mails are sent directly from DocCheck. If you want your data to be transferred for some follow-up measures, you must agree to this tranfer separately.

Solution of the problem: Position your mouse on the little physician or the link and copy the link (STRG + C). Paste the link into the location bar of your browser (STRG + V) and press "Return".
After this you will be presented with the feedback site.
