To prevent users from the need to enter their DocCheck password again and again on different websites they visit we created DocCheck Freesurf. When DocCheck Freesurf is activated, we set a session cookie upon the first DocCheck login of the user. If the user comes across another DocCheck login on a different website he/she can simply click on ?Freesurf? without the need to enter the password once more. |

[Login example]
When you click the "Submit"-button, a
query is sent to the DocCheck server. If your username/passwor
d combination is correct you are transfered to the protected
pages. With only one password you can collect medical information
on a lot of protected websites! |

You may adapt the page for collecting user information to the layout of your
website. The following must not be changed:
The login page must include the DocCheck lettering with a size of at least 14 pixels. Reading out and saving user name/password combinations by the information provider violates data privacy and is not
permitted. |

your site. Simply contact us by e-mail. |

If your website has different language versions or, for example, different areas for physicians and pharmacists, DocCheck can send the users to the respective areas. With
DocCheck Routing the users are sent to the appropriate area of your
website based on the language, address (country) of the user or the
user?s occupation. |

DocCheck Personal allows you to record users? data ? with their consent - and to include it, for example, in a shop or in your customer relationship management (CRM) system. After the
login process, an intermediate page is displayed to the user. This page includes a short introduction explaining why it is necessary to transmit the data. The personal data (last name, first name, address, occupation, area of specialization for physicians) is displayed in a form on this page, and users are asked to agree to sending the data to your
website. A process should be defined on your website for users who do not approve the sending of their data. In the spirit of user-friendliness, we recommend also including an option for using your site anonymously. As an alternative, an error message can also be integrated into your site. The data is queried and transmitted one time only. Starting with the second time users log on, only the users? unique keys are transmitted, and they can be re-identified based on these keys. You can test
this function at http://www2.doccheck.com/com/login/dc_personal/Personal_Start.php. |

With DocCheck Parameter, parameters (such as session IDs, navigation IDs, etc.) that are transmitted to our check script ? preferably per POST operation ? can be returned to your Website after the logon process. The parameters are appended to the target URL as
Get-parameters. The quantity is unlimited. This service ?
also called Passing of Parameter ? is subject to a fee. |

After the login process, users are normally always sent to the same URL of the protected area. But if the same
website has different addresses (= domains) and this address is supposed to remain the same before and after the
login process, we
would be happy to program this feature for you.
Example: You have a website that can be accessed via the following
addresses:
www.product24.com
www.product-for-indication.com
www.product-for-you.com
www.product-online.com
www.productname.com
No matter which address a user employs to access the site, he is normally sent to the same page (for example,
www.productname.com/physician). Once this feature is configured, the user is always sent to the address he accessed
to visit the site, thus, for example, www.product-for-indication.com/physician or www.indication-online.com/physician, etc. |
